Team Days
Most of these courses work well as a team day and because they involve lots of work in pairs and small groups, and I frequently ask participants to work with different people , the sessions deliver the extra benefit of building trusting relationships within and across teams. I can also design bespoke team days to achieve particular strategic or planning objectives.
